Remember that being nice and being confident are not mutually exclusive but being confident IS “putting your oxygen mask on first.” You won’t be able to support your team, family or friends unless you are first building yourself up.
When you feel less than confident, strike a power pose, use your strong voice, put on clothes that make you feel amazing and remind yourself that you ARE enough.
