WICT Washington, DC/Baltimore Chapter Applauds Leaders Empowering Others Locally to Succeed

Honorees to Be Recognized at Annual PowerBrokers Event October 4

Eight powerful and effective leaders, who are making their mark on the cable telecommunications industry and in public policy, will be honored on Friday, October 4, 2019 with Touchstones of Leadership Awards. The awards will be presented during the annual PowerBrokers Breakfast sponsored by the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Washington, DC/Baltimore Chapter, at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

The PowerBrokers Breakfast recognizes annual Touchstones of Leadership Awards honorees with the aim of raising awareness about women’s impactful contributions at the regional and local level of the cable telecommunications industry. ABC News Live anchor and correspondent, industry veteran and role model, Kimberly Brooks, will keynote the 2019 breakfast with musical talent performed by local area pianist, jazz artist and composer, Ellington Carthan.
