The Mentoring Program matches selected mentees with mentors based on various competencies as well as compatibility regarding the individual’s professional development needs.

The formal virtual program lasts 4 months (June – Oct) and includes a virtual kickoff, mid-point check-in, panel and webinar sessions, as well as a graduation at the end of the program.

The program includes 4 to 6 virtual sessions for mentors and mentees. Each mentor/mentee pair will decide how often they communicate and how that communication takes place. The 2020 Mentoring Program will be 100% virtual.
