WICT’s Leadership Conference is the premier leadership development program for its members and other industry stakeholders.

This year’s theme, Co-Create the Future, will build on collaboration and inclusion as we move into a new era of leadership governed by artificial intelligence and a heightened focus on performance.

The program will feature a robust lineup of general sessions, interactive workshops, expert panels, coaching appointments and numerous peer-to-peer networking opportunities. Conference speakers — who encompass a diverse array of industry professionals, business experts and academic thought leaders — will address cutting edge innovations in strategy, human capital, productivity, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), and what it means to be a great leader.

Previous Scholarship Winners

I attended the WICT Leadership Conference and Executive Development series with the help of scholarships from the WICT DC/Baltimore chapter. Both events aligned me with like-minded professionals that are determined to gain as much knowledge as we can about becoming better leaders in order to strengthen our organizations. The breakout sessions and panel discussions helped me hone the leadership skills that I will need to master in the next level of my career.

The courses strengthen my interpersonal skills and taught me how to do excel while remaining authentic. The conference also teaches you how to have your authentic brand, full of integrity so that people can trust you to promote you to the next level.
