The Mentoring Program matches selected mentees with mentors based on various competencies as well as compatibility regarding the individual’s professional development needs.
The program includes six months of 1-on-1 mentoring time with industry leaders as well as six engaging virtual sessions. These sessions cover various topics such as self-discovery, brand management, networking, mindfulness, interview, and resume writing service. There is also a graduation at the end of the program.
